Your appointment date and service time will be secured when non-refundable/non-transferable deposit is received. Deposit will be applied to the total balance due for service. Minimum 7 day advance booking required for all services. Contract is required for wedding services. 

The final balance (less deposit) will be due and payable on the date and time of the scheduled makeup service appointment. All payments can be made with credit card, cash, or Zelle ONLY. Gratuity and tips are not included. If you are satisfied with your service, gratuity is welcomed and always appreciated. 

A 10 minute grace period is provided. A late fee of $25 will be charged after 15 minutes if you are late for your scheduled appointment time. After 20 minutes of delay, your appointment will be canceled and the non-refundable/non-transferable deposit will be forfeited. 

Please provide at least an 24-48 hour notice by phone, email or text to reschedule all appointments and classes. A one-time reschedule is permissible with your original deposit within 30 days of your original appointment. After 30 days, a new deposit is required.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will forfeit the non-refundable/non-transferable deposit and will be charged the total balance due for service. 

NO CALL/NO SHOWS will forfeit the non-refundable/non-transferable deposit and will be charged for 100% of the full cost of the service, and will be banned from future booking.

Please exfoliate and moisturize your skin the night before your scheduled appointment. Please ensure face is clean, and free of any unwanted facial hair (brow shaping, peach fuzz, etc.) prior to your scheduled appointment to ensure a flawless base application.
